Annabel Lee
Annabel Lee
by Mike Nappa
Fourteen miles east of Peachtree, Alabama; a secret is hidden from everyone. Stowed away in a deep underground military-style bunker, Annabel does not know why she has to stay hidden. All she knows is to not let anyone in except for her uncle and that the guard dog that is left with her to guard her.
Miles away in Atlanta Trudi Coffey, a private investigator is visited by a very interesting older man. This man who calls himself Dr Smith knows about the secret hidden in Peachtree. Calling on the help of her ex-partner Samuel Hill, the two will have to join forces to unravel this mystery.
This book is not a book I would read, when I started to read it the first paragraph turned me off. It takes alot to make me not want to read a book with crime, trauma and stuff like that. But this book turned me away at the first page.
This book was received for free for a honest review by Revell.
